If you’ve ever had a vision of yourself on stage sharing your Big Idea, well now’s your chance.
This is NOT a competition. It’s an event where Rostrum members come together to showcase their talent in a supportive environment and at a first-class venue.
This inaugural Rostrum event will showcase our most exceptional presenters and speakers. It’s intended to push your public speaking to the next level. Wouldn’t that look good on your CV?
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Deliver a captivating presentation via storytelling, a vision, or a performance
- Incorporate a short video, slides, sound, lighting, and performance to support your presentation
- Demonstrate preparedness by ensuring that all technology, demonstrations, and performance work seamlessly
Tips to Prepare:
- Watch some TED YouTube videos to help you plan your presentation
- Practise at your club and embrace the feedback
What: Give an 8-12 minute presentation on your Big Idea
Who: Showcasing Rostrum’s most exceptional presenters
Where: State Library WA, State Library Theatre 25 Francis St, Perth
When: Sunday 24th March 2 - 4pm
Tech: Access to projector, screen, microphone, laptop, audio inputs
Cost: $25 for presenters and spectators
