The Program Director is the key role in any club. If the program is different, exciting, and with plenty of variety, then visitors will be attracted to the club. It is the Program Director's role to design a program that does all these things.
This workshop will support Program Director's with tips, tricks and insights to designing a program that encourages visitors, motivates members and establishes a support network.
