2025 Rostrum Clubs of WA AGM

The Rostrum Clubs of WA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held online and at The Boulevard Centre, Floreat on Thursday 13 November 2025 at 7:45pm.

All current financial members of Rostrum Clubs of WA are welcomed to the attend the AGM. Attendance options for the 2025 AGM include in person at The Boulevard Centre or virtually via Microsoft Teams.

The annual AGM sees the election of office bearers to the Rostrum Leadership Team who are responsible for overseeing the operation of Rostrum in Western Australia.

As per requirements when calling an AGM, please find:

• The Agenda for the 2025 AGM.
• The 2025 Proxy Form which can be used to nominate for the Rostrum Leadership Team or vote in proxy should you be unable to attend the AGM.
• The minutes of the 2024 AGM.
• The financial reports for the 12 months to 30 June 2025, including: Balance Sheet and Statement of Receipts and Payments.

Members are welcomed to attend the Club 34 meeting prior to the AGM and may indicate their attendance in the registration form. Club 34's meeting commences at 6.15pm.
